You Have To Start Somewhere

What better place than here?

Aspiring to blog and open a small business has been on the back burner for far too long. If 2020 taught me nothing else, it was to make the most of each day because we never really know what life has in store for us. 

I have always been of the mindset that we all should be mindful of our blessings and treasure the small moments in life that bring us great joy. 

So now, I want to share some of those wonderful moments with the world. 

My long time friend and "partner in crime", Lois Aleman and I will be working together to start up a small business that allows us to focus on our passions for crafting, up cycling, and reselling vintage and antique items. 

Lois and I are also going to work collaboratively to blog here as Busy Bees. Who knows where this journey make take us.

What Better Time Than Now?

There is never enough time in our day.  As the full time working mother of five, I can honestly say it is near to impossible to find time or money for myself.  However, I am now happy to say that I am going to pledge to myself and friends that I will be true to myself and follow this dream.  

I have been wanting to share how I conscienoulsy spend my hard earned dollars by buying second hand whenever possible.  I find one of a kind items and recycle at the same time. We have been members of a clothing co-op, which is the ultimate in cost friendlyness.  And I  love to up cycle fabulous finds whenever possible.  

Ultimately my love for the planet, all things green, and recycling is what has driven me to fully embrace this boho lifestyle.  I hope to inspire others and share ideas and fule creativity in others.
